Hello there! Let me introduce myself... My name is Josie Schywiola, and I have had the privilege of selling homes to people now for almost 22 years! For sixteen years I worked in Toronto for Terry Martel and Bosley Real Estate – selling in the Beaches, Riverdale, Rosedale, Cabbagetown, Don Mills, and Leaside, to name a few areas.

After 3 years with Intrawest, I needed a new challenge, so I moved on and launched 2 new developments for Cranberry – the 2^nd largest resort enterprise in Collingwood – one resort was in the Links and one in the Yacht Club!

I had to sell my clients what they wanted I could not just sell what the developers offered!, So I went back to resales and have not looked back since! I am one of the top agents at Century 21, with offices in Collingwood, Thornbury, and Wasaga Beach!
My background, before I got into real estate, was advertising. So, I’ve always known intuitively that a picture's worth a thousand words...
